Falgi Park (also known as Lastepark) is a charming urban park located in the Kassisaba district of central Tallinn, between Wismari, A. Adamsoni, and Toompuiestee streets . Established in 1857 by Hans Heinrich Falck, the alderman of the Dome Guild, who acquired the land with a pond, drained it, planted trees, and in 1868 donated it to the guild with the condition that it remains open to the public and well-maintained . Since then, the park has hosted various entertainments, including concerts and circus performances. In 2008, the park was renovated, and a fountain called “Circle for the Flowing Water” was added.
